Michael RuddIt’s been over eight years since I entered the brave new world of radio sales.  Being a young pup at the age of 22 I remember trying to sell the unbelievable ratings and listeners of the first radio station I worked at as my career started.


Guess what happened?

There were no sales in the first two months of my career.  When you are hired straight out of college and there are expectations to sell something that is not a hot start.

Then I realized what was going on…
