Some six weeks after joining Artel Video Systems, Franz Semprun is settling in to his role as Director of Channels and Key Accounts.
Semprun joins Artel after serving as a Channel Sales Manager at Oracle. In this role, he was instrumental in developing new revenue streams for the Communications Global Business Unit, resulting in business growth in the Latin America Division.
Before that, Semprun held such sales and technical manager roles as that of Director of Product Marketing and Sales Engineer at Genband. There, he spearheaded the development of the Central America/Latin America sales region and educational accounts in the U.S.
