Senators Tell FCC to Respect Congressional Intent

US CongressThe FCC has recently proposed to assume that competition exists for MVPDs everywhere in the US. 13 US Senators led by Al Franken (D-MN) not only disagree, they are telling the FCC that its action could be harmful to consumers.


What’s more, it has nothing to do with what Congress instructed the FCC to do in Section 111 of STELAR.
