Broker Ray Rosenblum has steered silent 1590 KQLO-AM Sun Valley NV through a Reno NV bankruptcy court and back toward the air. The winning bidder was Ricardo Garcia, who Rosenblum says is a “a florist and a Hispanic pastor” who intends to put Hispanic religious programming on the station. He’ll pay $65K, with a $10K deposit put forth within the week. His bid was accepted over a $67.5K offer that came without readily available deposit cash.
