Showtime Networks now has something in common with Fox News Channel and Univision Communications.
It’s the latest network to sue Charter Communications for using the content licensing agreement it acquired from Time Warner Cable as part of its purchase of the company, instead of Charter’s own agreement forged with Showtime’s consent.
