SIGA gets replacement station in DFW

It’s been two months since SIGA Broadcasting Corporation filed a $2.8M deal to sell its Dallas-Forth Worth outlet, KFJZ-AM, to Pacificstar Media Corporation. It now has a deal in the works to spend half of its earnings on another station in the market, M&M Broadcasting’s KCLE-AM, licensed to Cleburne TX. SIGA, owned by Gabriel and Silvia Arango, will pay $1.4M to acquire KCLE from Gary Moss’s M&M. An LMA is scheduled to kick off once the sale of KFJZ is completed. SIGA has also agreed to change the call letters.
