Cary Simpson’s Farm & Home Broadcasting Company has reached an agreement with Colonial Radio Group on the sale of WQRM-FM in Smethport PA. The station, in the northwest portion of the state, is part of the Olean NY Arbitron market. Colonial is headed by Jeffrey M. Andrulonis. The deal is going into the books at $290K. WQRM will form a duopoly with WLMI-FM Kane PA.
