Howard E. Friedman, founder of hedge fund company Lanx Management, has been appointed to the board of Sinclair Broadcast Group, becoming its eighth member. He will stand for re-election and Sinclair’s next annual meeting. He is a resident of SBG headquarters city Baltimore MD.
