Prior to the government shutdown the FCC granted a deal sending the licenses of four television stations and the rights to provide services to two others from Titan to Sinclair, a deal which has now made it to the finish line.
The deal involved stations in three DMAs, Fresno-Visalia CA, Omaha NE and Sioux City IA.
The deal is valued at $115.35M.

Back when the deal was announced in June, Sinclair’s David Smith commented, “We are pleased to bring the TTBG stations into the Sinclair portfolio. They will complement the California properties we are acquiring from Fisher, as well as add to our Iowa presence and give us our first stations in Nebraska. We welcome all of them to the Sinclair group.”
