$21M KDBC-TV El Paso TX. 100% of TTBG/KDBC License Sub LLC from TTBG LLC (David Pulido) to El Paso (KDBC-TV) Inc,, a subsidiary of Cunningham Broadcasting Corporation (Michael Anderson et al). Deal was struck with Sinclair Television Group as buyer, and acquisition was signed over to CBC, with purchase option held by Sinclair. Sinclair is buying KFOX-TV from Cox in the El Paso DMA.
