Satellite radio company Sirius XM said it is notifying the SEC of a delay in filing its annual 10-K report, but that the filing will be made by March 17th, the day of its scheduled conference call with Wall Street analysts. “The Company noted that senior management has been focused on the recent refinancing transactions and needs additional time to complete its Form 10-K,” Sirius XM said in its announcement.
