Sirius XM Radio will launch “SiriusXM Leading Ladies,” a new series featuring candid conversations with notable women from the worlds of entertainment, politics and beyond.
SiriusXM says the series will kick off with Mindy Kaling—actress, writer, producer, director and star/creator of The Mindy Project—sitting down with Cosmopolitan’s Editor-in-Chief Joanna Coles at SiriusXM’s NYC studios 5/14. Coles will talk to Kaling about her fearless approach to life, her style and beauty, and her career in comedy, television and film. It airs on SiriusXM’s Cosmo Radio via satellite on channel 108.
“The launch of the ‘SiriusXM Leading Ladies’ series expands the scope and depth of our programming for women,” said Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer, SiriusXM. “The series will be about women with influence and accomplishments in a wide variety of fields sharing their experiences, ideas and passions with an in-studio audience and a national audience of listeners.”
Former Senator Olympia Snowe (R-ME) will be the featured guest on the second installment, sitting down with SiriusXM P.O.T.U.S. host/veteran White House correspondent Julie Mason at SiriusXM’s DC studios to discuss her new book Fighting for Common Ground: How We Can Fix the Stalemate in Congress.
