LOS ANGELES — According to California resident Paul Wright, a “lifetime subscription” should span the entire lifetime of the consumer who made the purchase.
For Sirius XM Radio, such a subscription actually refers to the life of the device you are listening to its pay-radio channels on.
That’s not right with Wright, who has filed suit in Federal district court against the Liberty Media-owned operation.
