But the buyer will need to bring along its toolkit. It’s a DIY project.

The stations being sold is FM translator W214BT CP Vance AL.

The Seller is Educational Media Foundation is headed by President/CEO Mike Novak.

The buyer is TTI Inc., headed by President James E. Shaw.

The price is $40,000 cash.

Per the application, the translator will be associated with WTXT-FM Fayette AL. The translator is well within the confines of the WTXT contour, and serves the area just southeast of Tuscaloosa.

The station will operate in the reserved band on 90.7 MHz.
