Sovereign City Communications has retained Momentum Media Marketing to assist in the branding and positioning processes for its positive AC music format Oasis. Sovereign City launched its first program — Wendy in Your Oasis in the summer of 2008 and will soon launch its second program — Great Day with Jim and Debbie for national syndication.
