S&P 500, Nasdaq end higher, but Dow drops
Stocks ended mostly higher on Friday, as investors appeared to shrug off a much weaker-than-expected report on December jobs growth. The S&P gained 4.24 points, or 0.2%, to end at 1,842.37, leaving it up 0.6% for the week. Bucking the positive trend, the Dow fell 7.71 points, or nearly 0.1%, to 16,437.05.
The RBR Radio Index was down 7.283, or .8%, to 921.452.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.216, or .5%, to 871.358.
