Included in deal are KVOP-AM, KREW-AM, KRIA-FM & KKYN-FM.

The seller is Rhattigan Broadcasting LP, headed by Chairman Guy Gill.

The buyer is High Plains Radio Network LLC, owned 50/50 by Monte Spearman and Gentry Todd Spearman.

The price is $450,000. $100,000 is for “substantially all of the Radio Assets.” Towers and real estate are being sold separately for $350,000.

KVOP-AM is a Class B News-Talker on 1090 kHz with 5 kW-D, 500 W-N, DA2. Out of the four stations, this one alone puts a primary contour over Lubbock to the south.

KREW-AM is a Class C Sports outlet on 1400 kHz with 1 kW-U, ND.

KRIA-FM is a Class C2 Rocker on 103.9 MHz with 25 kW @ 367’.

KKYN-FM is a Class C2 Country station on 106.9 MHz with 50 kW @ 469’.
