Splitting the difference in ND

0

An FM CP earmarked for Hettinger ND is being sold to a small broadcast company from an even smaller broadcast company. As a result, a percentage of applicable bidding credits will be going back to the FCC. The station is KNDH-FM CP, a Class C1 destined to operate on 93.5 MHz with 100 kw off a 958’ stick. It’s going from Dennis Wallace’s Alma Corporation to Midnation Media, headed by Karl Leiber, Roger Ingram and Aaron Ishmael. The price is $60K. Alma was entitled to a 35% bidding credit, but the seller qualifies for only 25%, so Alma will send $2.5K to the FCC to make up the difference.
