Cole Cubelic, a former Auburn football player and current sports radio host was arrested 10/19 on DUI charges. Cubelic was booked in the Madison County, LA Jail shortly after 3 a.m. Friday. He was charged with DUI, open container of alcohol and speeding, reported WAFF-TV.
Cubelic is the co-Host of The Cole Cubelic Show on Communications Capital Company II of Louisiana’s KNBB ESPN 97.7 FM The Zone Monroe, LA. He also serves as an SEC analyst for CSS and ESPN and had regular appearances on the syndicated football show Tide and Tigers.
Representatives told WAFF the radio show said his segment will not air this week.
Huntsville Police said the incident is still under investigation. Officials said his initial appearance will likely be 10/22.
