SRS Labs lauches TruVolume campaign

SRS Labs, provider of surround sound, audio, and voice technologies, announced the launch of its first television and movie theater focused ad  campaign with the release of two 30-second spots aimed at promoting SRS TruVolume on cable channels and movie theaters throughout NYC, Chicago and LA/Orange County.

“One of today’s most common TV viewing annoyances is erratic volume fluctuations when channel surfing or when programs transition to commercials, and while others have tried to eliminate the problem, none work as effectively and seamlessly as SRS TruVolume,” said Allen Gharapetian, VP/Marketing for SRS Labs. “Our goal with our TV and cinema ad campaign was to use humor to attack this aggravating problem head-on, while clearly communicating to consumers that an effective volume leveling solution is finally here. And, I believe we’ve accomplished this.”

Comedic in tone, the two 30-second TV spots illustrate a “date-night-gone-bad” thanks to a loud commercial break, and how to defend against volume spikes, “Rambo” style.

The commercials will run at select AMC, Regal, Edwards and Loews movie theaters, and cable networks including Bravo, The Travel Channel, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, Fox News Network, VH1, Oxygen, TNT, USA, TBS, Discovery, Life, ESPN and Fox Sports throughout New York, Chicago and Los Angeles / Orange County.
