Exactly eight years ago, a Class C2 FM serving a rural portion of Wyoming near the Utah border wound up in a divestiture trust established by Simmons Media Group to remain within the FCC’s subcap limits for the Salt Lake City-Ogden-Provo market.
Now, this station is exiting the trust, managed by Larry Patrick of brokerage firm Patrick Communications until four years ago.
