One observer said that Wall Street took a breather. Another said that protests against government austerity measures in Europe made US traders skittish. Whatever the reason, stock prices went down. Broadcast issues, however, were able to buck the trend – but not so much that we’d suggest cashing in and tuning out for awhile.
The RBR Radio Index rose 1.984, or 0.8%, to 262.637.
The TVBR Television Index rose 0.456, or 0.2%, to 190.179.
