Stocks ended Wednesday’s choppy session lower with the main benchmarks breaking their four-day winning streak that sent the S&P 500 to record close above 1,900. The Nasdaq dipped in and out of negative territory and ended the day down 11.99 points, or 0.3%, at 4,225.07.
