Stocks close at records after European Central Bank moves

Stocks finished with solid gains Thursday, as the S&P and Dow both achieved new record closes after the European Central Bank unveiled a raft of stimulus measures. The S&P gained nearly 13 points, or about 0.7%, to end just above 1,940, scoring a record close for the second day in a row. The Dow gained almost 99 points, or 0.6%, to finish just above 16,836. The Nasdaq jumped nearly 45 points, or 1.1%, to close at 4,296.


The RBR Radio Index was up 4.839, or .6%, to 891.825.

The TVBR Television Index was up 8.244, or 1.0%, to 873.325.
