A surprise move by China’s central bank to raise interest rates kept a lid on Wall Street enthusiasm – not to mention a winter storm. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 18 points, or 0.2%, to 11,555. However, the Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 were up slightly. Broadcasting stocks were also mixed.
The RBR Radio Index was up 7.271, or 2.2%, to a record high 340.997.
The TVBR Television Index was down 1.431, or 0.6%, to 215.934.
