A decline in first time jobless claims wasn’t enough to get traders really excited on Thursday and stocks traded in a narrow range to close mixed. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 22 points, or 0.2%, to 10,595. The Nasdaq Composite was also up, but the S&P 500 down. Broadcasting stocks were mixed as well.
The RBR Radio Index was up 2.547, or 1%, to 247.461.
The TVBR Television Index was down 5.149, to 2.7%, to 182.454.
