Stocks fall in nervous session – 11/17/11

There wasn’t really any good news to move the market Thursday and traders didn’t like hearing reports that the congressional “supercommittee” was not near an agreement on deficit reduction. The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 135 points, or 1.1%, to 11,771. Broadcasting stocks fell with the market.


The RBR Radio Index was down 6.641, or 2%, to 320.789.

The TVBR Television Index was down 1.138, or 0.5%, to 235.054.
