A strong Chinese economy gave a boost to US manufacturers, but profit taking hit the tech sector. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 46 points, or 0.4%, to 10,664. The S&P 500 also gained, but the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite was lower. Broadcasting stocks also had a down day.
The RBR Radio Index was down 3.198, or 1.5%, at 209.438.
The TVBR Television Index was down 2.515, or 1.7%, at 142.760.
