Stocks surged Monday as increased confidence that a U.S. budget deal would be reached helped lift Wall Street to its best session in more than two months. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 207.65 points, or 1.7%, to 12,795.96.
The RBR Radio Index was up 5.214, or 1.3%, to 393.421.
The TVBR Television Index was up 5.868, or 1.9%, to 315.527.
