M&A activity was again driving stock prices modestly higher on Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose two points to 10,406. Broadcasting stocks joined in the advance.
The RBR Radio Index was up 7.040, or 3.2%, to 227.563. Note that Regent Communications is no longer a component stock, due to its bankruptcy filing on Monday.
The TVBR Television Index was up 4.324, or 3%, to 148.267.
