With the quarterly reporting season getting under way, Wall Streeters are betting that many companies will beat expectations and project further growth as the economy begins to recover. Such hopes drove the Dow Industrials up 131 points, or 1.4%, on Tuesday to 9,731.
The RBR Radio Index rose 2.451, or 1.8%, to 141.796.
The TVBR Television Index rose 3.565, or 3.2%, to 114.788.
