StreamS announces two new AES Digital In/Out USB Audio Interfaces available immediately.
It provides a high quality XMOS based AES digital audio interface to Apple, Linux, MSFT and all mobile OS’s. This makes the transfer of content from today’s computers and mobile devices into and out of the digital broadcast environment as simple as plugging in a USB cable. It is a USB Audio Class 2 compliant device using system drivers, eliminating driver installs. A free custom Windows Drive with advanced features is available as well.

StreamS IOdigi2X is a stereo synchronous device allowing bit-perfect audio, and uses either internal or external clock. Sample rates from 44.1kHz to 192kHz are supported. It can be used for any audio record play application, and for accurate test applications. This includes digital audio workstations, streaming audio encoders, SIP applications, AES FM MPX radio applications and audio analyzers. It is ideal for portable remote high-quality audio.
StreamS IOdigi8X is a multichannel asynchronous device allowing the most flexibility with sample rate converters on all 4 inputs. It can be used as a 4 stereo input and output device for stereo 2.0, or as 1 multichannel input and output device for surround 5.1/7.1. Input sample rate convertors allow easy interface to any digital audio source from 44.1kHz to 192kHz.
StreamS IOdigi2X/8X uses a high quality XMOS® xCORE audio engine for premium performance. It is suitable for pro-audio, broadcast, netcast, and consumer applications.
