Sinclair Broadcast Group announced a three-year extension of its retransmission agreement for analog and digital carriage with Insight Communications, covering four Sinclair stations in three markets. Sinclair doesn’t disclose dollar amounts for its retrans deals, but says the extension, “which provides Insight with certain VOD rights, but which does not include an advertising component, reflects an appropriate economic arrangement.”
