Sunbelt spins a Wyoming TV

PMCM TV LLC is getting its second television station, and for the second time it will be coming from a subsidiary of Sunbelt Communications. This time it’s Idaho Falls-Pocatello ID satellite KJWY-TV in Jackson WY. PMCM will pay $1M for the station, and will also reimburse the seller for $100K in costs to get its DTV transmitter up and running. It will also remain in an LMA with the seller, continuing an alliance with KPVI-TV Pocatello. Both stations are NBC affiliates. PMCM earlier bought KVNV-TV Ely NV from Sunbelt for $200K. Its principals have a stake in Press Communications, which owns several radio stations in the Monmouth-Ocean NJ Arbitron market.
