MARS Advertising Southfield, Mich., has promoted Sue Golden to vice president and general manager for its Chicago and Cincinnati offices. As such, she will have direct responsibility for all of the firm’s business in those two cities.
Prior to being promoted, Golden was vice president/director at MARS Advertising charged with managing the shopper marketing efforts of the firm’s national grocery accounts, with a focus on Kroger.

Since joining the firm in 1997, Golden has been a significant part of the MARS team and was one of the driving forces behind the development and structure of the MARS Channel network. She came to MARS from Nestle and Stouffer’s where, as a director, she accumulated more than 13 years experience in sales, sales management and customer marketing.
