It will now be known as Outfront Media Inc.

The rebrand is intended to reflect the growing character of out-of-home, and to highlight “…the Company’s unique portfolio of billboards and displays in the most desired locations, including landmark positions in high-traffic areas, retail districts, transit hubs and iconic destinations.”
The project involves rebranding more than 100K displays, with a target date of 11/20/14 to make the change official. It will include a new stock symbol: NYSE:OUT
