TargetSpot, the nation’s largest internet radio advertising company with over 15.3 million unique listeners per month, announced partnerships with ten new networks, including Bonneville International Corporation stations in Los Angeles and St Louis, Saga Communications, Mapleton Communications, REACH Media, 977 Music, Wilks Broadcast Group, Rose City Radio, Radio Hanover, Finetune and AMS Interactive.

The ten new additions include national talk radio networks and stations in regions throughout the country.

The new stations join the nation’s largest collection of internet radio stations. A recent survey found that TargetSpot is 40% larger than its nearest competitor. TargetSpot represents more than 1000 stations, on more than 50 radio groups and web properties. The network partners include the top tier of internet radio, from large terrestrial broadcasters such as CBS Radio and Entercom, to the big internet pure play properties such as Yahoo, AOL and Live 365, to the best independent services that have revolutionized internet radio such as Slacker, Big R Radio, 181.fm and 1club.fm.

“As one of the first stations to stream online, starting with KPIG back in 1995, we have long recognized the online opportunity. We just needed the right partner to help us tap into it,” said Adam Nathanson, CEO and President of Mapleton Communications. “We’re excited to be working with TargetSpot, not only because they understand what this opportunity means to online properties, but also because they have the sales expertise and technology platform that is best equipped to meet the needs of advertisers and broadcasters.”

TargetSpot boasts both the most experienced sales team in internet radio, able to provide in-depth services to large national and regional agencies, and a patent-pending technology which allows businesses of all sizes to create, buy and place their own ad messages on internet radio services.
