With the NTIA DTV digital-to-analog converter box coupon program stuck in the mud, consumer electronics website Retrevo is offering to play matchmaker between those who need a coupon and those who have one they decided not to use. It’s located right here:
There is a big red button for those with a coupon to donate and another for those who are in need. Retrevo will match them up and give the matched parties enough info so the exchange can be made by mail or in person.
RBR/TVBR observation: It is possible that people received a coupon, then decided to get a digital receiver or an MVPD subscription. The coupons are transferrable, so this may be a good solution for analog set owners in early-switch markets.
