DAYTON, OHIO — It’s been 16 months since the company formerly known as Gannett, TEGNA Inc., formally closed on its acquisition of an AM/FM combo — and a highly coveted CBS-TV affiliate with The CW network on a DT multicast channel — in “America’s Finest City.”
Now, TEGNA is adding to its stable of properties by acquiring the NBC affiliate in Indianapolis; and the CBS affiliate in Columbus, Ohio.
It’s also getting another AM/FM combo, adding its radio industry holdings to four.
