In the Current 2009/10 Season, TeleFutura’s Broadcast Prime has Increased  +39% among Total Viewers 2+ While Telemundo Registers a -9% Decline. TeleFutura Highlights – NPM Broadcast Prime Week of 06/28/10.TeleFutura ended the week with 803,000 Total Viewers 2+, 511,000 Adults 18-49 and 322,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime.


Compared to the same week a year ago, TeleFutura’s broadcast prime audience increased among all key demographics, including Total Viewers 2+ (+7%), Adults 18-49 (+17%) and Adults 18-34 (+31%) while Telemundo’s audience experienced audience declines  of -8% among Total Viewers 2+, -8% among Adults 18-49 and -15% among Adults 18-34.

 In the current 2009/2010 Season, TeleFutura is showing strong year-over-year audience growth during broadcast prime while Telemundo is reporting audience declines among Total Viewers 2+ (TF: +39% vs. TEL: -9%), Adults 18-49 (TF: +39% vs. TEL: -6%) and Adults 18-34 (TF: +43% vs. TEL: -2%) compared to the same period in the 2008/2009 Season.
 
TeleFutura continues to generate more nightly wins over Telemundo in the current 2009/2010 Season during broadcast prime versus the same period in the 2008/2009 Season among Total Viewers 2+ (82 nights vs. 30 nights), Adults 18-49 (68 nights vs. 34 nights) and Adults 18-34 (80 nights vs. 34 nights).

For the fourth consecutive week, TeleFutura averaged more Adults 18-34 (TF 322,000 vs. CW 280,000; +15% TF Adv.) than the CW Network during broadcast prime.

During the Fourth of July weekend, TeleFutura averaged more Adults 18-34 than CBS:
Friday, 07/02/2010 (TF 376,000 vs. CBS 275,000; +37% TF Adv.)
Saturday, 07/03/2010 (TF 222,000 vs. CBS 208,000; +7% TF Adv.)
Sunday, 07/04/2010 (TF 336,000 vs. CBS 254,000; +32% TF Adv.)

Additionally, TeleFutura attracted more young Adult 18-34 viewers than ABC on Sunday night during broadcast prime (TF 336,000 vs. ABC 293,000; +15% TF Adv.).

TeleFutura’s 10pm novela “Las Muñecas de la Mafia” (Mafia Dolls) generated 1.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 828,000 Adults 18-49 and 566,000 Adults 18-34 last week.  Additionally, “Las Muñecas de la Mafia” averaged more Adults 18-34 (TF 566,000 vs. TEL 542,000; +4% TF Adv.) than Telemundo’s “Donde Esta Elisa” in the 10pm weeknight hour.
