Univision says in an SEC filing that a federal judge in Los Angeles has rescheduled the trial date for Grupo Televisa’s lawsuit against Univision to October 14th, rather than July 1st. Televisa, which provides much of Univision’s top programming, has sued over alleged payment shortfalls and is seeking to cut short its long-term contract giving Univision exclusive US TV rights to Televisa programming.
