TLALNEPANTLA, MEXICO — As much of the world is readying for IBC2018 in Amsterdam, the parent company of such brands as Omnia, Axia, 25-Seven, Linear Acoustic and Minnetonka is preparing to show off its products to the Latin American market — with an emphasis on innovation in AoIP.

The Telos Alliance is at SET Expo 2018, which began Monday and runs through Wednesday at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, Brazil. New products and technology developments from Telos, Omnia, Axia, 25-Seven, Linear Acoustic and Minnetonka will be shown as representatives focus on delivering the tools TV and Radio broadcasters need to create the best possible sound.

“We are excited to be back at SET Expo again, showcasing our enterprise software offerings for OTT content delivery for mobile and tablet platforms,” said Larry Deeds, Telos Alliance’s Senior Director of Sales and Strategic Partner Accounts for the Americas.

Demonstrations of the Livewire+ AES67 AoIP ecosystem, including the latest in Axia AoIP consoles, Virtual and Visual Radio, are the focus of Telos’ presence in Brazil.

Telos Infinity IP Intercom will take center stage at SET Expo; it represents a next-generation communication solution. “Its matrix-free design allows networked hardware and software to be added now or in the future without the worry of exceeding the number of ports on a matrix, while its distributed DSP architecture actually adds resources as the system grows,” the company says.

The Telos Alliance also has audio processing for TV with real-time air-chain audio and loudness management from Linear Acoustic and enterprise solutions for file-based playout, such as the Audio Tools Server from Minnetonka Audio.
