Ten candles on Maury's cake

Maury Povich celebrates the 10th season on the air for "Maury" tomorrow with a special hour featuring some of its most memorable guests and moments from the past decade. Celebrity well-wishes will air from the ladies of "The View," Jimmy Kimmel, Rascal Flatts, Joan Rivers, Jerry Springer, the hosts of The "Today" Show, Larry King, Jack Hannah, and Maury’s wife, Connie Chung, among others. The focus of the special, though, will be to bring back guests from the past 10 years to share how their lives have changed for the better since their first appearance on the show. A couple of examples:

New York City resident Sibylla Zain and her daughters Brittany and Tiara first appeared on Maury four-and-a-half-years ago after a fire ripped through their home and they lost everything. The program helped the family refurnish their home and begin to rebuild their lives. Now they give an update on their lives and Maury sends them to enjoy a Broadway show.

Minneapolis-area resident Hannah Kritzeck returns to Maury for her 6th appearance on the show. Hannah is a primordial dwarf who first appeared on the show when she was four-years-old. She is now 12-years-old, 37-inches tall, and weighs 25 pounds.  When she’s not in school or cheerleading, Hannah appears in movies and plays.

Maury, which is produced by Universal Talk Television LLC and distributed by NBC Universal Domestic television in national syndication, is taped at NEP Studios in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.  Paul Faulhaber is executive producer.  John Pascarella is supervising producer.
