The ACA Has Its Own FCC Fee Fight


Are broadcast radio and TV station owners the only ones who may complain about the FCC’s fees?

Think again. Small-sized and rural¬†multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs) aren’t too pleased with the FCC’s assessment and collection of regulatory fees for fiscal 2017, and the¬†American Cable Association (ACA)¬†has let the Commission know just what it thinks about the situation.
