The ACA Has Its Own FCC Fee Fight


Are broadcast radio and TV station owners the only ones who may complain about the FCC’s fees?

Think again. Small-sized and rural multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs) aren’t too pleased with the FCC’s assessment and collection of regulatory fees for fiscal 2017, and the American Cable Association (ACA) has let the Commission know just what it thinks about the situation.
