WOCK-CD Chicago licensee KM LPTV Chicago 13 was nailed for a pair of public file-related violations and subsequently fined for them. It tried and failed to get a reduction, and when that didn’t work, it argued that the FCC erred in failing to give it a reduction.
The violations involved issues/programs lists and Children’s programming reports, and amounted to $20K.
