Broadcast TowerThe answer to the question posed by the headline is Media Logic – that’s the name of the company buying an AM and two FMs in Sterling and Yuma CO. The deal also includes a Nebraska FM translator.


The seller is Arnold Broadcasting.

The Sterling stations are KSTC-AM and KNNG-FM; KNEC-FM hales from Yuma.

According to Media Services Group broker Jody McCoy, the price of the deal is $750K.

KSTC-AM is a Class C on 1230 kHz with 1 kW-U, ND

KNNG-FM is a Class C1 on 104.7 MHz with 100 kW @ 650’

KNEC-FM is a Class C3 on 100.9 MHz with 23 kW @ 348’

KNEC is centered to the southeast of the two Sterling stations.
