The man selling the publication: Robert FX Sillerman.
Now, many in the broadcast media and electronic dance music (EDM) world are remembering Sillerman — a colorful figure who greatly transformed the radio business by ushering in mega-deals leading to rapid consolidation.
Sillerman died Sunday of respiratory illness. He was 71.
