It may appear that cable television is under siege by an ever-increasing number and variety of over-the-top video delivery packages being offered to consumers, but one analyst believes that a number of factors are at the very least giving cable some breathing room.
One factor, says Moody’s Investors Service, involves a characteristic of the typical consumer; another involves a characteristic of the typical cable bill.
