The FCC has a week-long window opening up for non-profit entities to apply for station CPs that are in the commercial band – situated at 92.1MHz or higher – but nevertheless have been allocated for noncommercial/educational (NCE) use.
The window will be ajar from 12/11/09 to 12/18/09.
