Time Warner Cable and Univision announced a long-term carriage/retrans agreement for Univision’s O&O broadcast stations and distribution rights for the cable network, Galavisión, and the network feeds for Univision and TeleFutura. This agreement includes, in certain markets, carriage of affiliated stations owned and operated by Entravision and Equity Media Holdings. In addition, Univision will partner with Time Warner Cable to deliver enhanced video services including Start Over and Look Back, as well as extensive video on demand and broadband offerings.
